Leadership in the African American Community

The Kaleidoscope Project is currently developing programs that will become the catalyst for yet another set of key elements of healthy living - being empowered, prepared, equipped and informed. Leadership enhancement and development are fundamental support systems in strengthening individuals, communities and ultimately...our country.

One of our proposed projects for late 2008 is to begin development of a statewide African American Leadership Conference. The intent is to provide tools, techniques, food-for-thought and perspective sharing opportunities for the African American community.

Stay tuned as we develop exciting and meaningful programming in this area!

2008 Leadership Highlights

During Black History Month, Ms. Mosby-Henry was selected as a panelist for the University of Colorado (Colorado Springs) Black History Month celebration. The event topic was: Lessons from the Lost Manuscript of Dr. Carter G. Woodson: Origins and Legacies of Multiculturalism.
